The Process
At Commit To Fitness, we believe the key to success is proper planning, recording metrics, and most importantly, enjoying what you do.
The Process is made up of four stages.
Goal-Setting & Assessment
Planning is the first step to success. This is when we speak of your goals, timeline, previous injuries, health conditions, etc. Some physical assessment will be conducted and obtain biometrics if goal-appropriate.
Establish the Program
The next step is introducing the new routine and building it into your schedule. The key here is consistency and maintaining accountability.
Maintain Progression
The progression phase is where you feel the change. We keep challenging your your abilities and pushing the limits. Over several months with proper tracking and commitment, the results will speak for themselves.
Reassess
The final step of The Process is reassessing goals. Life is always going so it is important to keep routines fresh to stay interested. Remember, move to improve!
